Meet the Team!

Hilary graduated from the University of Virginia and worked for a Home Builder as a Construction Manager right out of school. During this time, she was building many new construction semi-custom homes simultaneously. After 3 years, she transitioned to working for a large commercial contractor building Healthcare Facilities as a Project Manager. After getting her GC license in 2018, she took the leap to start her own company and  Stalder Construction was born! 

Hilary started Stalder Construction with the idea that a construction project can be an overwhelmingly positive experience. To this day she runs Stalder Construction with an emphasis on open lines of communication, paying attention to detail, design-focused building, open book pricing/transparency, and tailoring the construction experience to the client's needs. 

After graduating from the University of Florida School of Building Construction, Mike worked in Commercial Construction  managing the construction of office buildings, mixed use buildings, and senior living facilities. Mike worked as both a Superintendent and as a Project Manager overseeing these projects. He was excited to take the leap to Residential Construction after he obtained his General Contractors license, completed a full house renovation in his own home and was the GC on a new build project on the coast. 

Mike joined Stalder Construction as a partner in late 2023. Mike brings with him extensive construction knowledge and tecnical experience. He ensures that every project receives quality work and attention to detail. He has been an invaluable member of the team and a trusted partner!
